How does the end grading system in league of legends work?

Is the grade you get at the end of the match based of your kda or is it based of other factors in the match because, early today I went 12/0/7 and I got an A+ at the end. I am just curious on to how the grading system works and what I should try and focus on in a match. If you read this thank you for your time. :)

Farm is one of the biggest contributes actually, but also it counts damage done, wards placed/destroyed, etc. KDA is actually not a big deal for this.
