Teemo needs improved plain and simple, in the last season after the nerf I tried to work with him, but he fell so far off the scale of power to be all but useless except in the most special occasions in matches (ie inept opponent, or being last pick against very fragile team choices)

with E having been dialed back as it was, at the time it wasn't hugely terrible, but with these season it just feels oppressive. Nearly every champ with similar mechanics enjoys a superior damage out put in their poisons/burst etc, or with passive that's outclass teemo as an assassin etc.

Increasing teemo's innate attack speed or increasing his E's ratio, or his R's ratio would go hugely towards his playability, personally I wouldn't mind seeing an increase to his attack speed, or base stats or something. He's super squishy, has no good upfront damage, no real ability to sustain, as much as I love this champ (over past couple years 500+ ranked games with teemo) I just can't play him in ranked anymore, and that saddens me to no end about this game.

Or just rework him, take out the toxic elements in his kit, and make him viable so he can actually be buffed.

And the fact that:

  • he was never played in lanes that his attribute shows, eg. Marksman at bot or Assassins at mid, whatever, call me a meta-sheep, but I'm just saying :p

  • he is one of the most annoying top laning bully against a lot of melee champs simply by autoattacking, in conjunction with his E plus Q

  • has the ability to place shrooms around his lane which also adds the part where ganking a top Teemo seems impossible, as it would only slow the ganking process (of course, won't work against MasterYi)

  • boosted late game power with his E when built a item 3115 is too much, especially against a smartly played Teemo who gets loads of kills ez early game.

of which everything mentioned above shows that Teemo should never deserve to have a buff again. Period.

teemo has almost a perfect 50% winrate. That is the definition of balanced

ive played teemo plenty to know he needs no buff, you clearly just want to be more dominent with your favorite champ.
