Hey all, my brother started playing lol 1 month ago. He is not so good, but he collected ip and he want to buy champ. He have 9k ip. So what is strong and easy champ for top or bot. Thanks all :)

Have him buy Tryndamere and Quinn. Tryndamere is a very easy champion, huge damage and sustain. Quinn takes a little more practice, but she is viable in both Top and Bot and the jungle!

Tell him to save up to around 15k for Runes by lvl 20.

Good basic champions: Malphite Chogath MonkeyKing Volibear Trundle XinZhao Pantheon DrMundo Garen Udyr Renekton Tryndamere He should be able to pick 1 from this list. (well more than 1 really)
