Tough to kill and easy to be killed, this is the meta of the LoL. A balanced game play would be they can choose tank items but their damage would suffer significantly the more defense/health they have. you see a great deal of lame tanks who kills and nothing can be done about them. cinderhulk game play? give me a break, Riot is getting boring and nothing to offer.
They buy tank items that have damage on them, just like how there are offensive items that also give defensive stats.
If you want to survive their already not so impressive damage output, don't expect yourself live to see another day with your usual 0 defense itemisation that squishy mains usually build every single game.
Also, talking about Riot's habit of hating tanks, they are already overdoing things with a nerf incoming on Cinderhulk which is accompanied by a straight buff to BotRK at the same time. Yeah, be happy that Riot also loves squishies 1 shotting everything, even fed tanks.

agree tanks is so low skills like grabs and heca and seju. they just "omg i full tank i just right click you while i smash QWEQWRQWRWQRWQRWQRQWRWQEQWEQW and lol kill and perm cc you while you do no damage, outplayed noob" man tanks are so toxic. basically they are cc gods that dose damage like assassins while being immoral to damage. its like zed would have a 2 sec stun on the target he press r on while gain a 500(300%AD) shild for 10 sec after he press r

honestly though, how is this meta any worse than the "you have 0 time to respond" meta of bursty ADCs and midlane assassins of recent incarnations.
Id rather have "Its lumbering right at us!!" than "hey, have you guys seen Leb..." PENTAKILL!!
Also tanks aren't really Freelo, it just creates hilarious wet noodle fights end game, ever seen a maokai and malphite vs a j4 and zac at like 50 minutes in, its hilarious.
this game is broken btw. wait the new abyssal scepter, garen + new abyssal scepter+sunfire will deal insane amount of damage. It's basically garen with 2 sunfire except there is a better synergy because the abyssal will remove the mr ennemy and snfire will deal more damage
What is lame and boring is a matter of opinion. People who actually enjoy this meta have had to sit through more than a few metas where tanks simply explode, so let's give it a little time, shall we?
