Really? Riot dumped this overpowered incredibly overloaded monster on us went "oopsie" nerfed some of his ratios by .1 then said "WE'RE ON VACATION NOW HAVE FUN" Thanks. I thoroughly enjoy being killed by the guy who has draven's life steal, caIt's ult on a normal cd, a global root so long as you hit them, a ryze e-q combo in one aa of one of his guns, and a gun that makes melee champ's even more of a living hell all empowered by his ult. Dont forget how he doesn't have to upgrade his abilities and gets free stats of his choice. Perm banned until they gut him (which would leave him in a spot comparable to other adcs) : )

you need to dive him. apply much cc. take ignite. let all of rune terra and the 9 realms hear his screams.

Diving him works as long has he doesn't have his life steal gun or boomerang gun on the back burner. Otherwise he presses q or r and you're dead in about .3 seconds.
