Corki Passive and Giant Slayer?

Just wondering. How does Corki's passive work with Giant slayer.

Giant slayer boosts physical damage based on enemies max health and Corki's autos are converted into Magic damage, so does Corki's auto get boosted by the Giant slayer and then converted, or since Corki passive converts 80% of the AA's damage into magic, does it only boost the 20%?

I didn't find it listed as exception on Corki/Giant Slayer Wikia, so I think it's not increasing that.

It all gets boosted. Corki's damage is converted to magic after calculating everything else
