Xerath Ult needs more follow-up mending

Xerath need an Ult that is mobile, more interactive with enemy and more viable among team fights. Current Ult is just a Kill Catcher.

Riot already thrown away Locus of Power concept but why they just made a Global 3 times Karthus's lay waste? which roots himself?
