Team Builder Idea

When you are looking for a role to be filled, sometimes this can take a while. I have an idea that may help solve some of the issue. When in a lobby waiting for a role to be filled (let's say jungle in this case) you should be able to right-click on the role yet to be filled and have an option to "Fill Role" yourself. This would allow you to pick a new champion and runes/masteries for that role and alert your party that you are going to be filling the role.
