Jayce Ulitmate - Timer Reset

Can Jayce's ultimate be tweaked so that after x seconds it comes back up without having to switch stance (similar to Zigg's and Xerath's passives)?

My reasoning is that with a 6 second cooldown, a Jayce player just does not switch stance that often while laning. Thus, it is very hard to utilize his ultimate first auto as part of his combo.

A full Jayce combo would involve mostly one stance switch. In order to use both ultimate bonuses, you either have to switch to the stance you want to start with and NOT auto anything for 6 seconds or use your combo as you are returning from lane.

With a timer reset, a Jayce player can play around the timer and all in when his ultimate bonus is up.
