Junglers in gold/silver, How to win without them?

Why do junglers in Gold/silver not play properly?

Got game after game where the jungle will rather go bot than mid/top to gank. Doesn't matter if my lane is frozen, or if I am literally spam pinging for help. They don't punish an overextension. AT.ALL. Instead they think forcing a gank bot that just reset is better. This happens in a majority of the games. at the very least 80% of the games that I have lost. Not saying that I play perfect, but I usually win my lane and if i don't I make sure to set up ganks for the jungle/midlaner, but they never ever come. Then I end up getting flamed for being useless when I am trying to farm with akali under turret.

Can't win all mathups, sometimes either they are better or just counterpicked too hard. And I am Tired of getting frustrated at the jungle, I want to know what I can do about it with Akali or fiora. So my question is, How do you win the game if you can't win the lane and/or Bot is inting hard and jungle is trying to save a dead lane? Any tips are welcome, just don't be a dick.

This is a mentality you need to learn to break if you want to climb. It's is your fault for falling behind or being unable to 1 v 1. I know you be thinking, "what if the enemy jungler ganks me. Its unfair that I have to deal with a 2 v 1 all game." Well here is a fun fact, ganks are PREVENTABLE. Vision control prevents ganks easily.

With better regards to your question about how you can win lanes without jungler: pick champions with larger health pools and in lane sustain. Fiora is really strong pick, but Akali isn't. Also consider playing full tanks because they are much more consistent. Champions such as Mundo, Sion, and Volibear are just a few which will let you handle 2 v 1's safely.

Also have a bit more respect for junglers. The role is incredibly gutted right now, and its hard enough as it is. Each player has there own style. Some jungler prefer to help losing lanes get back into the game, some junglers like to help winning lanes get further ahead. It's like you picking Akali top instead of a more prominent top laner.

Play without them? How about just getting a duo jungler who has a brain?

Well, early game (post the level 2 gank if your jungler even attempts that) it's too risky to gank top. It's better to go for bot or mid into 4man bot dive and get dragon. So if you are playing mid you should still be getting ganks.

If you main top-lane, you need to pick champs that can weather the storm in a 1v2 or at least be able to consistently 1v1 kill your opponent. Don't pick tanks, just pick what is OP, ranged champs are also really good because low elo toplaners think it's cheating to play ranged champs top lane and never bother to learn playing against it.
