Rengar isn't fearsome

I'm a casual League of Legends player, a few normals here and there when I feel like going on a binge with League, tried ranks got scared because of the toxicity and yelling(I'm a girl and will not stand for that crap), but that's beside the point. My statement is at it goes: RENGAR ISN'T FEARSOME!

When I first started playing, back in the days when Rengar's Q wasn't a skillshot and his ferocity stacks were there until you used another ability, I feared the mighty pride hunter. Every game with Rengar in it was playing with fear itself. The kind of fear you have when Nocturne ults. You fear for your little champion life, especially if you're an adc. Riot was able to done this beautifully with Nocturne as well as Rengar until the assasin rework came. Now the problem isn't with the other abilities etc..by all means, Rengar was unbalanced, he was a mean lean killing machine. I remember a game where a Rengar went 41/1 and that's absolutely bonkers. The problem is with his ult. From stealth mode to the stupid sign above a champions head for them to know that he is onto you and you're (not) about to die and even to the duration of his ult. With the ult cut short, he's not given the time to really deliver what he did best. I loved the fear of it, and it's not there anymore. My favourite pride stalker now just latches on to the old pride he had back when he was magnificent in all his asassin glory

P.S This isn't a "RIOT PLS" kind of post, but more of a rant
