Can Riot at least release the change to Wukong that makes the S (Stop) key work normally

So the full Wukong rework is not going to be out for a while, but can Riot at least allow the changes to the S key that makes it look more realistic and maybe even the changes to the ult that make it easier to cancel it to go on live servers? I feel like these are easy to implement and shouldn't be considered a rework as they should have been like this at release.
