Title. Basically who has the MOST outplay potential and advanced mechanics if you could literally predict anything and make perfect/almost perfect decisions 100% of the time. Maybe Fiora Yasuo LeeSin Ahri Riven Vayne Ezreal Gangplank ?

At zero items I'd put money on Lee or maybe Elise, at full build Vayne can run over teams. Well full build GP can do amazing things too but is limited by barrel's CD, similar situation with Fiora. Yasuo Jax Yi all have huge potential but that's probably more scaling than their kits, Though people do seriously underestimate Alphastrike as a defensive tool.

Zed is a contender for having his kit, even though his itemization isn't as busted as Vayne/GP/Jax right now
