Riot should really reconsider the thunderlord ad buff with a hotfix.
The rebalancing of passive fervor of battle was a good idea to improve the diversity of mastery , but currently Thunderlord Decre outclasses all the other masteries . He was already in a good position before that, this buff was not necessary

I see it on adcs i see it on assasins, i see it on mages, supports, tanks, fighters, literrally everyone is using it, and it's workign on everyone that's the issue. They need to identify the intended usability of the item. IMO if it's in the ferocity tree and the way it seems to be working is for combo champions. Problem is that is a VERY broad spectrum. They should just lock it down strictly for combo AP mages & assasins, like vel'koz, veigar, leblanc , kassadin, etc. so make it so it only procs on spells and auto attacks can only finish the combo off , (like a leblanc q,w, auto ) and not make a full combo of 3 auto atacks , because right now adcs are abusing that. ALsoo remove ad scalings and make so it only procs on magic dmg.
