Jungle lack of exp is still an issue

As a jungle main , I get the reasons behind the initial Nerf as jungles were getting a bigger edge from hitting 3 faster. But the change is still too much. By the time I am hitting 6 , lanes are a solid two levels ahead of me. Exp needs to be increased after hitting 3 so that it balances more to leveling around same time lanes do. There are lots of jungle champs that do not have useful ganks until they hit 6. Which now just seems like an enternity to hit.
