Ever since the jungle has been redone, Evelynn has been weaker then ever before becoming possibly the most useless champion in the game currently. I'm not a game dev and im not going to pretend like I am, but I think some slight buffs would be appreciated by many players and render her useful again.

She's fine. Nobody see's her in games anymore, so they forgot how to play against her. I'm just Silver 5 but nobody knows how to deal with her and I can actually carry games with her (or help other teammates so they can carry). I think the problem that a lot of people are having right now is her itemization. Her recommended items are not the best ones. AD Eve is far superior to AP Eve. She gets a massive attack speed boost from her E and can keep up with fleeing enemies with her W, so you can get lots of auto-attacks in.
My current build (also in order of items bought): Stalker's blade (warrior enchantment), Boots of Mobility, BoTRK, Randuin's omen's, Banshee's Veil, and Tri-force.
Evelynn is fine! Try playing her back in season 1, and let me know how impossible she was to play. Her kit was truly useless then. I don't think that they should rework her again.
