Help Vladimir vs Yass
Just really need some tips to at least go even with yass as Vladimir. When I lane vs a yass he just makes me look like a complete dumbass. When usually I can lane farm vs any other opponent.

Yasuo is what we like to call a cancerous champion - Snowballs easily, has no mana or resource (health) costs to use spells, and his cooldowns border on insanely low from early on. Add double crit and 50% bonus armor pen for 15 seconds on an ult going to 29 seconds CD at level 3 and you don't have a champion as much as a broken POS.
I'm a big Vlad player, so I'll give you the tips that help me leave him a drained vessel in lane.

Max Q first, and everytime he E's through minions, use Q on him. Most Yasuo players do not build defense at all, which allows you to keep kiting him and making him unable to touch you.

If he does Q a tornado at you, you can W but beware of the cooldown, although it'll avoid the whirlwind. 30% or higher CDR helps with that.

Early game the advantage is yours - before he builds Shiv or IE, pressure him hard. E, then Q, to recuperate your lost health, and keep driving him back. When his wall is up, wait for it to drop since it takes around 15-20 seconds, then hit hard. Keep an eye out for the enemy jungle at all times, Yasuo players can in general be quite whiny and scream for help if they don't get 20 kills by 15 minutes or so.

After level 6 and he uses wind wall, Ult the POS and W underneath him, slowing him for E, Q, and then let your hemoplague finish him off. Your Q/W/E will have increased damage for several seconds before the ult triggers, and that's what you want.
Liandry's and Rylai's work so well with him because of the movement speed debuff combined with Liandry's DoT based off max health. Slow him down, burn him, and wombo combo the samurai back to the 10th level of hell he came from!
Stop playing Vlad. That champion is Trash. Play Swain instead.

You are a ranged fighter. You do not want to dive into him, because as a melee, Yasuo will be waiting, and in fact expecting you to do it. The only real trouble you might have is if he gets you with his tornado, but it takes a while to charge up, so you should be able to time it, and get out of range in plenty of time. If he wants to dive you, which is foolish, pop your blood pool and use your e>q combo to get back to full health. After level six you can use blood pool to avoid his ult and finish him off, because you will be tanky if you build AP, because of your passive, and as a result should be more than capable of winning trades.
Keep your distance and just farm with autos and your Q. When he goes for you use your pool to back off. You'll have to subsist off of ganking other lanes for kills.
