Ping Issues

When is this ping issue which started happening around the time 8.6 dropped going to be fixed? I've seen countless discussions and streamers who are having the same problem where your ping fluctuates from a 20-30 even 40 ping difference at times with no stability at all, I'd like a pointer that Riot has at least acknowledged this.
