Can Zed get a VFX update for base zed?

I play a fair amount of zed and own all of zed skins but the in game base zed VFX are quite underwhelming to see especially the q animation ( feel free to disagree if you think he doesnt need a VFX update on base zed)

Maybe sometime in the future but as of now there are so many other champions who need vfx updates and gu's that zed would not be a priority for riot
