Is it just me or do adc's get nerfed way too much as compared to other roles?

Legit the second an ad becomes strong it finds itself on the ban hammer asap while other champs that are more of a problem are left alone for months. I mean instead of nerfing the strong ad's ( and lets be real theres only like 2-3 decent ones) why cant riot just buff the weak ones?

Varus was a shit ad since release and it finally found success with the new lethality builds and then he gets nerfed asap. Legit i never thought I would see the day that varus gets a nerf just for finally being good for once.
