intresting how i get honor lvl drop and a feeder /troller don't get ani penalty

so i shod be quite in game when a team mate feed all game troll and no help team right just because he is premade with other one he get honor in that game even he is a verry low lvl player and feed all game no farm no help team die all time at cd ....but i get penaly on two acounts just for flame ...i love your sistem btw is verry nice and in the same time verry fair ...make a sistem for punish feed and afk more then for flame cuz this is become something verry bad in games and the games become more trolled every day past they come for feed and have fun in rank play troll chars in lanes that not good for the champ chose and when i have a better score a better farm even with a supp i get honor lvl down and get punushed and others get free win with feed / afk / troll is a verry nice sistem of punish around here ....thank you riot for all experience but if this is not fix you will lose many players and the game with become a joke soon ....punish all time for flame and feed / trolll they still play because they are not "toxic flame " yea this is a verry fair thing in this game . some of us play only rank for go up but the game become a joke in lower elo like silver / gold when we meet all the trollers in the world who are not punished becuse the other team love their feed and a free win . thanks again riot for these verry fairy play let's go all troll and feed in premade and let's report the flamers cuz yea flame is more agressive then a intention of feed and troll all game in mid lanes / jungle and other spots . make a new sistem of punish these feeders and trollers or enjoy the no game play soon when all will be bosted and will go up and destroy the game in upper ranked aria .... more then 1000 games and i'm still in silver cuz of these feeders and trollers and yea i get punished for flame thx alot riot verry fair game play in punish section .
