@Riot - Is Lethality slighty overtuned?

I think if it was at 50% base there would be no issues.

they're directly and indirectly nerfing it on pbe right now, so sit tight.

sadly i don't think lethality is as crazy as ppl say, but because teams arnt playing tanks it looks op.
