After 2 years, LoL still has a toxic community

I left LoL for two years and came back this year. During my first 4 months, I noticed that the league community is still pretty bad. I wouldn't say worse, but still about the same. However it seems reports are not doing anything at all and a new enemy has popped up. Bots. I will never player in Twisted Treeline due to the fact there is a really high chance of getting sacked in a match with bots.

Also I have noticed the most toxic players usually spam "ez" after a kill. Needless to say, their match history proves why they are bragging about winning though. If you lose so many matches at a time, I guess you need to reassure yourself that you can't possibly be bad.

TL;DR League is still toxic, now with bots and spam. Are reports not working anymore?

League has the same problem that Utopia has; hate on the noob. Newbie bashing is so rampant in that game unless you've played it for a few years you'll never stick around to play more than one season. The same mentality is here sadly.

That will never change, the community is generally made up of younger people teens and younger ( not everyone). Everyone wants to win, but refuse to take responsibility for the losses.

Because people exist, so will differing opinions. There's no single way to approach any fight, so any approach could be seen as mistaken.

League has always been toxic. For as long as I can remember, League's community has been hailed as one of, if not the worst.

It was toxic in season 3 when I joined. It's toxic now, in season 7.

Oh well. You can spend time fussing or you can... not.

When online a good number of folks are gonna be uncool. Game or not this is just how it goes. Don't let them get to ya and set the example for what being a positive bloke should be. good luck and have fun mate.

The league community isn't toxic, humans are. It doesn't matter whether it's online or not, people have historically not been very kind to those outside of their circle. In the case of league though, general attitude doesn't seem the same in my games, I personally run into those who intentionally feed, intentionally throw matches or just afk more than just how they talk.
