riven spam is hell!
why? i dont find it fair that she scales everything with ad and then has unlimited spam of abilities. It really does get to you when you play top lane a lot and see that you cant even trade with her because she can just keep spamming shield to avoid a lot of damage. like 
rumble his shield is barley anything compared to hers and the fact he has a limit towards how much abilities he can spend does make him fair and even champ.not to mention that when riven reaches 40% cd there is like almost no chance chasing her.can you also just make her passive like 
where she needs to charge up rage or something then be able to cast it.It gets really annoying to see a typical flash in stun followed up by a q and then ult. it also get really annoying when she can basic attack you under tower and then e out of the tower taking one shot with her e tanking the damage.it will get to the point where she can just tower dive and kill you and as soon as she snowballs there is not much you can do, not to mention that she scale well throughout the whole game it really does get to you.
