Is it me or are the boards just places for memes?

Is it me or are the boards just a place for people to post memes about how Riot needs to balance their game. In ways that aren't funny because we see a million of them a day! I mean seriously. If you think that champion is O.P just play safe! You both win then! Seriously! Quit complaining and get better at the game! Like really. You don't see people in Worlds saying "Oh Yasuo is over powered get rekt scrub" The reason we don't have problems in Worlds is because they practice instead of complain.
