Veigar is definitely up there. You'll catch one or two people between his ult + the rest of his combo. But once his cage is on CD, the rest just run away.

Rammus is pretty much impossible, especially if you get into a slapfight with their tank for any chance at it.

Morgana is unlikely to get one as well. Unless you manage to simultaneously finish off all five with your ultimate, you'd have to secure the other kills between pool / binding.

I got a LB penta by doing the w r-w when i was really fed (like 30-2)
