Still lose more lp than gain, gone up from silver 4 to silver 2

Hi, I am just wondering why I still lose more lp. Even though I have moved two divisions. Usually when this happens it is because I am on a big losing streak, but it tends to go back to normal after I win at least 5 or so games to a 1 lose. This time however, it refuses to revert back to normal. At this point I ain't even mad, just curious. If anyone could enlighten me on this it would be most appreciated. Thanks :)
