I am lvl24, this morning, system keeps giving me diamond and plat players as my teammates and enemies, at least 7/10 or 8/10? Why it happens? I even do not have enough runes and masteries to play against them.

Are you sure these people are high elo and not your average, standard out-of-the-box smurf?
wangtongyao1 votesI can see their profiles on op.gg, some are diamond 2 and diamond 5, some plat, some like gold 123 and season 6 platinum. Most of them are platinum(which makes me very familiar with this platinum border now) The feeling when I was playing was not like normal. Very fast-pace and I feel like hard to follow.
