Broken Matchmaking, causing unfair games

I was just in a game Normal Blind 3v3 and I Queued with 2 friends online who are lvl 30 non ranked and no ranked experience or much experience at all because they are new to league, I got Gold 5 last season but my elo is still somewhat lower than most golds because once I hit gold I stopped playing ranked. The other team had 2 high golds almost plat players and one non ranked... The other two golds singled me out so hard and we lost the game so bad it was disgusting and the worst game I ever played fun wise. This messed up match making has to get fixed I hate it and cant stand it.

I think one of the most bogus things in matchmaking is how it seems to ignore unranked players in matchmaking.

Riot : start new players at bronze 5 MMR, and let them rank up. Players who are actually good will rank up quick enough. Most new players completely suck, and treating their MMR as anything other than bronze 5 is just punishing them and their teammates with horrible games.

Yes, I really belive new players should start at 800 MMR. The system is absurd. It doesn't consider that fact that the player can get carried by a smurf or get lucky in his placements.

There are alot of players in gold who don't have basic game knowledge, probably play moba first time in their life.

I belive that if everybody would start at B5, you will see only skilled players in G+ leagues(and a few boosted of course, but the system will drag them down anyway).

Normal and Ranked match makings are totally different. Just an FYI.
