Shifting Champs?

Ok i don't know if anyone agrees with me but how about we introduce a change champ in between deaths? For example:

Imagine i'm Ashe and there's a Caitlyn in bot that's annoying me... ohh how i wish i could change to a better one to counter her. But wait, i can use a shift champ (maximum of 1 time) to do that. I believe that would be a turning point for many games and would make games more dynamic and interesting.

What do you guys think?

This would probably break the balance of the game. You laning against someone? Just swap to their counter. Bad matchup. Swap. Cute idea though.

yeah that's why that would only work 1 time, to counter that and make people really think if a trade-off is beneficial.
