Remaking When a Teammate Connects but then Disconnects not in the Game?

Listen Riot, this happens WAY to often. When a player on your team connects to the game, then immediately disconnects or disconnects before 3 mins, YOU SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO HAVE THE OPTION TO REMAKE. This has happened to me way to often for you guys to have not implemented a solution to this. When a player disconnects after connecting, there is such a small chance already that you have to win the game. Even if the person connects at 3 mins, the laner or jungler would already be severely behind and catch up xp is no where enough to get them to where they need to be. This negatively impacts your team and has a BIG advantage for the enemy team when there is such an easy solution. Does anyone else agree?
