I didn't get any ket fragment since last week (literally) I'v won about 20-25 games all as 4 premade/duo bot. and nothing. Rito plz! Explain it to me. i'v obtained only 4 keys since hextech woorkshop shown up

With each key fragment the drop chance gets lower. At the end of the day this is all free stuff that we get from Riot so we are in no position to complain. Most people get 3-4 keys by now this is all intended.
My recommendation is to forget about hextech and simply check it once every couple weeks to see how many fragments you got. Maybe open a chest and grab free stuff that you didn't even know about a couple of months ago.
Just don't actively stress about it. The feature is there, in the background, slowly doing its job.
