Promos in preseason?
So I got placed bronze 2, I get about 30lp per win. I had 60 lp before my last game. I won my last game and now I went straightto bronze 1 without any promo series...Are there promos in preseason...?

It depends on your mmr. If your mmr is higher than your current setting, then it will attempt to "place" you in the proper tier. So, if you're in B2 and your mmr is high, and you keep winning, it'll just bypass promos.
