Swain Balancing

I feel that Swain need to see some re-balancing as he is becoming quite over powered in toplane and mid. His ultimate gives him far too much sustain, DOT in team fights, and in lane; he is too much of a bully with his range, damage, cc, and tankiness; and provides too much power for a single character in a team. I think Swain is becoming the new Ryze of toplane; he should probably be balanced for the same reason as Ryze did. They even have a similar kit, with a snare, regen, and magic damage. They both were able to poke down normal tanky top laners with magic damage, and can solo every lane opponent. There is not much counter play in the toplane, unless someone were to go out of their way with an odd mage counterpick, which would reduce their own utility for their team. I just think that many top laners will feel better if he were less of a beast.

lol swain is fine, that is the point of swain to have sustain and the trade off is low sustained dmg. If swain gets fed ya he is rough, but this is league what champion that doesnt get fed isnt a brutal to deal with?

L2p not complain, swain is perfectly fine with a well defined role, set of strengths and weaknesses, aka a perfect champ, just like warwick was until riot shit him into the nerf box for no reason.

His range early game is very weak. Only one spell has any good range and it's his delayed CC. Rest has the same range as his AA. Which btw is a really poor AA. There's a reason he doesn't get picked in the LCS. And a reason when he does by some rare chance, he gets destroyed.

The problem is top lane. Not Swain.

Swain isn't overpowered. He has a cancer kit when he gets fed though, he needs a rework.
