AR URF to Replace ARAM

AR URF is a gamemode that's best served as a treat every few months. ARAM is a gamemode that stays pretty popular. ARURF/URF have both seen massive declines in games played over other gamemodes. It'd get way too boring.

Yeah, cuz at least arurf is entertaining... Aram is only fun if you have better champions... Urf is entertaining for the simple reason of being able to try new things even if it's not meta
