Is it honestly impossible to get rid of trolls?

I am beyond sick of getting duo partners that run around and get executed to random shit on the map the whole game and manage to give kills in the process. I just got demoted after playing a game where a duo died 27 times in 20 minutes both running around dropping wards in river and giving free kills in the process. It makes the game very hard to enjoy when I grind my ass up to a series win it to promote then turn around and get this shit just to get demoted and have to start the process all over again knowing that somewhere along the way this is going to happen 2-3 more times. If you cant get rid of them at least implement a reduction in lp loss if multiple people from both teams are reporting them because this is honestly shit.
