Simple keybinding idea that could help players like me.

So my idea is simple. I would like to bind my space bar so that when ever I hold it down it unlocks the camera. Basically what it already does but reversed. This probably is possible a way or another BUT I'd also like there to be an semi-locked option for it so when you stop holding it it locks to you character from that position.

I know people don't like locked screen players so this would give them an easy option to be way more map aware.

(And yes I have tried the semi locked option but it never worked for me.)

The Semi-Locked/Offset-Locked part needs a lot of clarification on intended behavior.

For example, if I hold space bar and look at another lane, then release space bar, what's the intended behavior? Should my camera snap back to being on my champion the way it was? Should it stay locked at that position relative to my champion? Should it try and re-position the camera to show as much of what was that direction, while being offset-locked on my champion?
