How to improve League of Legends

Hello Riot Staff and League of Legends players,

After many a times playing your wonderful game, I feel like you are not harsh enough on the foreign players that are playing your game way past their bedtime. I feel like the best solution for this, is to make a server for just English speaking human beings, this is because me and multiple other members of the United Kingdom or English speaking community get stuck with some players who end up being more idiotic than the hair on the bottom of my granddad's foot.

I will now explain how it is also a disadvantage to play on the European servers rather than the North American, this is because most people who live in America can speak English. However Europe has many languages and most people do not understand what "fucking stop feeding" means. If this was said to someone on the NA server, I strongly believe that their common sense would kick in and they would pay a little more attention to the game rather that the porn on their phones. It baffles me how the NA scene is not as good as the European scene as in Europe no one seems to understand what the fuck each other are saying.

Another game mode that I think would benefit the community would be a game that matches players biased around their computer specifications, this is because me being a very lucky boy can afford a decent computer along with the high number of other players, after purchasing we find it insulting that we get stuck with people who own a watermelon with wires that is powered by guinea pig. Adding this game mode would benefit everybody as the players with good hardware will be partnered with similar systems which increases the chances of a good game without any problems like a disconnection or a guinea pig dying.

Another marvelous idea would be for every player who reaches the incredible goal of level 30 must pass a intelligence test before being allowed to play the ranked game mode, and to make the ranked game mode even better, the test will be 100% in English. In this test will be common English phrases like "Hey there jungler, may I borrow the blue buff?" and "Hey there Thresh, could you pay more attention on warding?", along with the classic "Noob team". This will benefit all the ranked players as they will then understand each other to a good level of communication and avoid any confusion.

Continuing on with the quiz/test idea, a part of it that every ranked driven player needs to pass will be a tick the correct play box. This will include things like flashing over a wall into 12 people and the team's jungler taking Gromp when his/her team are proceeding to do baron while the enemy jungle sits and waits. The user must select the correct play for the correct situation and should be able to get at least 100% of the questions right before playing ranked.

To avoid people spamming this exam, the test will only be available once per month, therefore if someone is just down right stupid, it will stop them playing ranked and make them go read a book or do some sums or something beneficial with their life, or just practice for the next exam.

Once everyone has passed this test they will be opened to the wonderful world of ranked League of Legends! This gives you even greater reasons to introduce a voice chat into your game as this will drastically improve communication and allow lonely people to make friends, and because everyone has passed the English phrases section on the exam everyone should be gucci.

Thank you so much for reading my short tale, I hope to see improvements in the next 3 days. Your loyal League of Legends player and human with the correct number of chromosomes, K Bizzle. xoxo

Thanks for making my night with those hilarious descriptions! xDD

Just two small corruptions: An intelligence test will stop them from playing

I wasn't aware that European servers were that bad linguistically. I assumed everyone there had decent English since it's the lingua franca of online games. If what you describe is true I feel sorry for its users, sharing one language is the sensible thing to do.
