After the rework Darius's E just doesn't feel right every time i try n hook ranged champs always seem to be missed by a tiny amount and its annoying and cause of that its easy to punish him...way too easy... he needs a bit more range.

I think you mean bronzes hated champs. I don't think the board cares.

hOrnn2 votesvoted no changes, i see why they gave him a heal, and a rediculiously overpowered passive, in return he gets no scaling attackspeed, thats why attackspeed darius is so much fun, try it in 3s sometime, he gets a ton of free ad at max stacks, they reworked him so he can be useable in pro games, and thats why he sees play in higher elo now.
hes almost dead? outter edge 2 champs massive heal + 1 attack applies all stacks dunk city.
if he had an easy way to get in range he would have no counters, its still a chore to play somebody like lissandra vs a good darius even now, atleast until she gets her first item.

I believe Darius's E doesn't actually grab and pull the champion until the axe's return trip to him

There is a difference between opening up the possibility to be outplayed and making otherwise reasonable counters almost unbearable to face.
Not surprisingly, that nerf was introduced before all the juggy item nerfs really went into effect and sank in.
The revert would still leave an outplay space, it just wouldnt be stupidly large. It's really not THAT LARGE of a buff when you take into account that which is darius's kit.
The biggest nerfs to darius and juggs in general has been itemization nerfs. Darius has survived better than most other juggies like garen, who suffered heavily with the item changes.

I agree that Darius need a buff,cuz he sucks with the new runes and probably,he will not perform well further..
