Health bar icons / symbols guide?

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone has a diagram or pictures with a legend or similiar with regards to health bar icons and what they mean?

I didn't notice the small symbols so much with the previous health bar but now with the new one I've realised there are alot of different things going on there i don't recognise. Apparently one symbol means they have a bounty? I can't find a guide anywhere from Riot and would appreciate if someone could fill me in on this small detail that i have missed.

(backstory I have only really played ranked last 2 seasons so it's possible assumed knowledge?!)

Thanks
