A Big Problem of Auto-Fill: We don’t actually know which role and player is Auto-Filled

I believe if players know which role and player is Auto-Filled, then players can prepare for Auto-Fill in many ways.

Case 1: If we know who is Auto-Filled, then we can help him. What happened to me once was that my teammate got Auto-Filled role, and it was my 3rd role, so I switched. This happened sometime in the queue, and sad moment is that we found out in the game after failing the lane. Most of the time those who gets Auto-Filled scream and team know he gets Auto-Filled. Sometimes team can help, sometimes not. Riot should make some indicator in the pick screen. someone in the past thought the same way

Case 2: If we know which role is most likely to become Auto-Fill, we may practice in Normal game. I actually did this since queue time was much shorter when I chose the most Auto-Filled role (at that moment and my rank, it was sup. I feel this season is jg, top, sup). The Biggest problem is that we don’t really know which role is most likely to become Auto-Filled at the moment. Auto-Filled role is not always the same, and that telling us Auto-Filled role is not stable. Auto-Filled role may change due to time, rank, season, etc. If we know which role is Auto-Filled, someone like me will practice the role and Auto-Fill is not as painful as now.

Case 3: If a player know the Auto-Filled role is his worst role, then he can stop queuing before even enter the queue. We don’t only play league all the time, and what we are angry about is that Riot is sacrificing our time which may be used for something a lot better than playing worst role. In my case, I don’t really care about wining or losing, if I am playing my main role since losing teach me a lot. On the other hand, I don’t enjoy playing lol when I am playing offrole. Doesn’t matter wining or losing, I don’t really care. Riot should show which role is currently Most Auto-Filled while we are choosing the role.

I hate Auto-Fill, but I know I must live with it (since riot is not removing it), thus I bring some ideas to make the pain softer. I see many people quit playing lol due to the Auto-Fill. If riot care about player number, they should implement something asap.
