Why are matches like this allowed? 1) Yes, I know normal and ranked MMR are different, but this is just stupid. A team of Platinum players should not be placed against a team of Gold players. I don't even play Ranked. These kinds of matches are NOT fun, regardless of whether I'm winning or losing. 2) "Learn by playing against others better than you." I don't play League as a career. I don't have a desire to grind to get better. I want to have some casual, fun games, and this kind of unevenness is NOT fun. You are matched through your MMR, not your rank.

Seriously just forget about your rank, it is worthless and means nothing.

I could be in silver 5 playing against gold 5s because that is where my MMR is. Am I entitled to be matched against silver 5s because that's my rank? No.

if mmr is the real elo and what causes you to be placed then what is the point on ranking brackets? this game used to be enjoyable. broken ass games like this one just arent fun.

last four games ive played enemy team has had an additional plat ont top of other higher ranked. it makes climing almost impossible.
