I'm clearly not good at the game, I just want to play a game and be able to win without my team bot and top feeding there butts off in lane. How can i win the game win 2 out of the three lanes are feeding. How can i prevent getting matched up with feeders?

This is probably the most overlooked piece of advice on this game. You can do everything right, and still lose....
That's team-games as a whole. People get so deeply invested and furious when things dont go right, but not everyone is up to your level, and sometimes you have to accept that you've been dealt a losing hand. That's why I've always favored 1v1 games, be it fighting style or RTS etc. In a 1v1 if I lose, it's because I messed up, not someone else; I have no one to blame but me. Getting mad at things we have no control over is a great way to inflict unnecessary stress on ourselves and gains us nothing.
If you absolutely want to play league isolated and ignore the premise of a team game, pick a split push toplaner who is tanky but has escape, and just solo your way to victory. I remember I played a game as trundle, I had 4 people coming top lane for me and my team STILL PLAYED PASSIVELY despite the 1v4 advantage they had. We won in the end, but that's because they enemy team thought the most effective strategy would be to fight me DBZ style, one at a time, which ended poorly for them. So I just took towers and won the game for my team. That game was pure luck, they enemy team made a bad decision late game, and we won because of it.
Team-fighting simply does not exist in low elo, it's a coin flip, just force the enemy team to send multiple people top and hope that your team understands they have the numbers and manpower to push objectives and actually does something.

as you can see from my most recent game, i played maokai, i looked at bot, saw it was doing attrocious, warded for them and then camped top so i could get tryndamere fed and i set him up for success.
