Kled cannot gain health scaling from Locket of Iron Solari

Pretty obvious why riot doesn't want him to scale his HP on that item.

Doubt this is something Riot forgot to program in.

Reason I post this is because I want you guys to report to me any champions that this item doesn't scale hp on.

Kled's max HP can't increase from HP items. The items only boost Skaarl's HP, and because Skaarl isn't actually the champion, Kled has no bonus health no matter how many HP items you give him.

Cho's ult increases his max HP so it counts as bonus HP.
