I want to use malz and read the guides but I dont understand it that well because english isnt my native language.

If this was old Malzahar I would have been more than glad to help you, but I just can't do it with new malz

TBH I don't think I can help all that much since I don't really care for the new Malz (OldMalzRIP)

As far as I know, this new Malz starts with either:

item 1056 + item 2003 x 2

item 1027 + item 2003 x 3 (For a cheaper back)

Upon backing to base you'd want either:

item 3802 + item 1001

item 3070 + item 1001

Its a CDR vs Late Game Power option. However, do not upgrade these items right away for mana purposes. The new Malzahar is more mana draining than his pre-update counterpart by a large margin due to the reliance of combos to keep Malefic Visions bouncing.

Continue into:

item 3116 + item 3020 for Health, AP, Slow, and some extra penetration

Build These Afterwards:

item 3151 If they aren't building Magic Resistance item 3135 If they are building Magic Resistance

You will be building both though.

After that:

Finish off item 3165 or item 3003 (Depending on the choice you made on your first back)

And Finally:

item 3089 or item 3157 (Situational Pick)

However, you may want item 3027 as a first item if you aren't confident in playing Malzahar

Just remember that Rylai's, Liandry's, and Void Staff are the core of his build. The others can be exchanged if you so choose.

There is also the option to go tank Malz, but I don't want to get into that.

As far as runes go, I'd recommend: Marks: Magic Penetration x 9 or Hybrid Penetration x 9 Seals: Scaling Health Regen x 9 or Scaling Max Health x 9 Glyphs: Scaling Cooldown Reduction x 9 (15%) Quints: Scaling Cooldown Reduction x 1 (5%) + Movement Speed x 2 (3%)

This is a 20% cooldown reduction for item 3165

You could also do:

Marks: Magic Penetration x 9 or Hybrid Penetration x 9 Seals: Scaling Health Regen x 9 or Scaling Max Health x 9 Glyphs: Scaling Cooldown Reduction x 9 (15%) Quints: Scaling Cooldown Reduction x 3 (15%)

This is a 30% cooldown reduction for item 3003 (Note you should probably replace Sorc Shoes for Ionian Boots if you do this for 40% CDR)

For masteries: 18/12/00 Deathfire's Touch for more DoT. Piercing Thoughts for 42% Magic Pen with Void Staff. Double Edged Sword, Assassin, Oppressor, and Merciless for a potential 14.5% damage increase during the laning phase when you're alone.

Again I haven't played Malzahar regularly since 6.8. Hope this helps.

Ookkayyy Use your w and then E to make the voidlings frenzy against them Combo w-q-e-r or just w-r Roam when you got your ult That's all i can tell, i haven't really played malz xd
