Improvement.

Guys fuck being plat, fuck being diamond, I want to be in Masters! I am a support main and my champ preference is changing with the game. I want/need help to improve. Does some one have advice/knowledge that will help me improve and become a better support? Are there free websites that can help me become better? Looking forward to the responses!
