Anivia for mid. She's ultra safe and her damage/catching potential is insane. It's very hard to aggress on an Anivia without being severely punished. Her immobility is really her only weakness. Otherwise, she shoves hard, she team fights well, very safe, and that wall can easily end games.

Top lane I honestly can't chime in much as I don't know much about it. But it seems like someone that mains fiora can do insane things, through buffs and nerfs. Old fiora didn't have much skill ceiling potential but the new one is all about precision and prediction. Mechanically, she's a God and she can fight about anything because of her passive. You just need to get good at hitting vitals. Passive+4 vital ult proc will guarantee a win on any champion in the game except maybe tryndamere.

Jungle I don't think is a champion mastery matter. Since it's not a lane, there's no direct competition. Jungle is less about best champ mastered and more decision making. You can be the best sejuani or Zac mechanically but if you don't know how to clear, path and when to do objectives/gank, it's all for nothing. Otherwise, I'd put my vote in sejuani. She can ruin games with her ganks and is such a force late game with her cc.

ADC - Draven or Lucian. Both are mechanically intensive and are built for dueling and maneuvering. Only problem with Draven is while he has a higher damage potential, he can be heavily punished by losing stacks on death. Therefore, plying Draven is like a curse where you're asking to be 4-5 manned bot all game. People love killing him. But he's definitely a champ that will skyrocket your ELO if you can predict skillshots and properly aggress/know when you'll win a trade or fight.

Supports - Thresh. Nothing to be said here. Hook predictions, proper flays stopping most dashes especially the deadliest ones (Lee Sin Q, Zac E, Rammus Q -not a dash but powerball is lumped in). Probably has the best anti-tard spell in the game being his lantern, second only possibly to Tahm Kench's devour. Better than Kalista's ult because not an ult and can be cast for anyone. The box is a great ult both offensively and defensively. If you're aiming to master one support, thresh. He's never a bad pick.

You can play Cho'Gath in every role except bot, and bot I'd say Twitch right now but I love Jhin.
