Looking for help with my FPS and PC

Hey so i bought a new pc asus and here are the specs: processor Intel core i-7-4720HQ CPU 2.60 GHz (2.59 usable) RAM 12GB (11.9 usable)

the problem is i play in médium quality and ive got 200 fps in 2 occasions but all apart from those 2 occasions i get 30-50 fps and dont know why, can someone help me pls?

maybe you have certain settings on that are hindering your FPS

turn off things like shadows and v-sync or w.e

I use the same settings ever and it ranges 30-50 and on some days 80 fps, i dont have anything downloaded nor files on the pc asides from some games that shouldnt affect the fps in the game
