Ok so I'm getting RP for Christmas and I was gonna buy 7 rune pages and a couple champs but I can't decide which one I should get or I played Quinn a bit and she's fun and seems really strong and I've never played fizz but he seems fun and really strong as well.

Fizz, he is super reliable. Quinn is in for some nerfs soon, if i remember correctly. So yeah.
