So, I love this game, and I really think the balance team does a generally good job with champs and they make the game interesting, but ive always had one chip on my shoulder. Im so tired of this one champion. A champion who takes no mana, has an unwardable, 8 second re- activating invisible field that's also a dash, enough sustain to make it to the 6 minute mark where she two shots anyone, four dashes, including ones that instantly dash behind you, making it very hard to land skillshots before she blows you up, and once she gets one item, has lifesteal comparable to a mid game adc. And scales. Guess who???

  Seriously, wtf Akali.  Usually when you remove a fundamental limit of the game from a champ (going through walls, not needing mana, untargetability, % damage) it comes with a drawback, but Akali doesnt really have any.  She has tons of damage with no mana costs, so shes encouraged to play however the hell she wants, with only reward for it.  Her energy bar might as well not be there, for how easy it is to get her bar back. 
   She has a re- activatable invis thats also a dash, which she can place near minions to make it hard to cs, a teamfight to make it hard to hit her, or near a bush to make it impossible to know where she is, so even pre 6 its hard to kill her, and post 6 she can just dash to anything to leave.  It cant even be warded, so she has no cost to using this anytime she anywhere near trouble, and it cant be countered, cleansed, warded, or removed or lessened unless you wanna step up there next to an akali and launch some aoe into it and hope she doesnt decide to touch you and get free gold before she goes invis again.
  All this combines with a buildpath that makes her quite hard to kill anyway, with good lifesteal, tank stats and health, but then her dash also gets around any skill shots you have, because its so fast you cant fight it.  She can wait til you use a shot then dash, or, if you hold off, shell just outsustain you in lane, push and roam.  Run? Can't.  Fight?  Can't.  Team?  Resetting ult thats also a flash, so, maybe with a bunch of cc and several people?  She doesnt *cost* anything, is my point.  Am I alone here?
